By logging into the Dealer Login section of website www.chicagoscootercompany.com (the "Site"), Dealer represents, warrants, understands and agrees that any customer information, individually and in the aggregate ("Customer Information"), entered by Dealer through the Site, including, without limitation through the Simply Warranty Activation Form shall at all times be considered a "work made for hire" as that term is defined by Section 101 of the Copyright Act (title 17 of the U.S. Code). Customer Information shall be owned exclusively by Company and Dealer has no right, title or interest in the Customer Information.
